TOM UPDATE: Logan Tom (Salt Lake City, Utah), a three-time U.S. Olympian and Best Scorer of the 2008 Olympic Games, is playing with Hisamitsu Springs in the Japanese V-League. She led Hisamitsu Springs to a 25-23, 25-19, 25-20 victory over Denso on March 8, which guaranteed her club a playoff spot among the top four teams. Tom scored 15 kills on 38 attacks with just one error for a 39.5 kill percent. She added four blocks as part of her 19-point performance. Hisamitsu Springs (17-8), currently in third place in the V-League standings, is idle this week and will finish the regular season against Takefuji Bamboo on March 20 and top-ranked NEC on March 21.
