There was an opinion piece in the SF Chronicle in praise of minor sports... www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/ch...2/12/24/SP233074.DTL the idea of "Logan Tom marries Tom Logan and becomes Logan Tom-Logan" was pretty cute. Idle thought: I wonder if she has ever met a man named Tom Logan? And if they were to marry, she'd be Logan Tom-Logan or, in true new-age spirit, he'd be Tom Logan-Tom.

She has such a cool name it shouldn't be changed at all. NT nickname is "Doogie" but what about other teams? Her Cardinal teammates called her “Popeye” freshman year, but it wasn't a reference to her incredible strength or an affinity for spinach, but rather because of her crude sailor-like language during practice.
